China GDP grew by 7.7% in the 1Q of 2013

This GDP number was below the 8% that was estimated.  In addition, industrial production for March of 8.9% also came in below the 10.1% estimate.   There is clearly continuing difficulties in the Chinese economy as government led infrastructure spending is not helping as much as predicted.
